REWS is an internal Google group (standing for Real Estate and Workplace Services) for which I am the communication team's lead designer.
Google ran an internal program (go/H20) that encouraged people to hydrate for their health and to do so sustainably. I designed a full campaign which began with logo design and included web banners, table tents, door clings, screen ads and shuttle stop signage.
Google has donated a free shuttle service to the people of Mountain View. Every quarter, I design a poster for community events that goes on the back of the shuttle.
The account started with me as the sole art director, but as our project scope and budgets expanded, I began overseeing a team of designers to work on multiple projects. After a successful first year, more groups within REWS wanted to work with our team and doubled our budget for the next year.
