Upon being hired by Carrot, I was tasked with evaluating our existing brand and develop a plan for evolving it, including running a thorough RFP and creating plans for staffing. We needed to move away from the whimsical illustrations toward real member photos and videos, create graphics that reinforced credentials and credibility, and stand out among our competitors. We ended up working with an existing agency partner and launched an extensive brand refresh across all prospect and customer-facing media at the beginning of 2023. Now post launch, I am continually identifying ways we can further push the brand to tell our story.

After completely refreshing the brand at the beginning of 2023, we launched this brand manifesto a few months later to introduce it to the world.
