As part of the brand refresh, I sought to highlight the stories of real Carrot members. I solicited the members, planned and art directed the shoots, then oversaw the video edits. I later hired a team and created a program allowing them to execute on the process I had established. These are the first few of the handful we captured. It was an honor to tell these stories.

Later we were able to engage with our customers and hear more about the business impact of Carrot on their population.
